The venue is ideally situated in the city centre and we now hold licensing law courses every two weeks for nationally recognised qualification, the Award for Personal Licence Holders. This one day course which is certificated by BIIAB will allow candidates to apply to Birmingham City Council or any other surrounding Licensing Authority such as, Bromsgrove, Dudley, Redditch, Solihull, Sandwell and Walsall for a personal licence.”

If you are looking to obtain a personal alcohol licence then we would highly recommend this alcohol licence course in Birmingham. The licensing team at PLT work closely with all local authorities and offer over 100 training courses nationwide for this licensing qualification. Clients are also offered a licensing processing service from the PLT team or if you prefer then you can just undertake training and examination only and process your own personal licence application with the relevant Council Licensing Authority.

Personal alcohol licences are granted by your Local Council, you can apply for an application pack to the relevant Council Licensing Authority where you reside. Once granted a personal licence will allow you sell and authorise sales of alcohol under a premises licence or temporary event notice. A personal licence is now valid indefinitely and will also allow the holder to become a Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS).
