PLT to launch new mobile friendly website
As mobile phone technology moves into the 21 century with devises such as tablets, androids, notebooks and smart phones being part of every day life training providers of licensing law qualifications in the United Kingdom have to keep up to date and move forward as well. Here we take a quick look at what the PLT group have been up to over the past few months.
Personal alcohol licence training providers PLT are set to release a new easy to book mobile friendly website making booking training courses for personal licence holders quick and simple within just a few clicks. Martin Bostock from PLT said “We have been watching the market place closely over the past twelve months to see how our clients find our websites and what devises they are using to find us on the internet. Mobile phones, tablets and androids make up almost 50% of our monthly web searches. Although most of our company websites resize for mobiles and tablets, we noticed that the booking process could be improved and simplified. We hope the new website when launched will aid managers and supervisors working in the hospitality sector to access relevant licensing law training courses as quickly as possible. Search engines such as Google, Bing and Yahoo expect websites to load quickly and for the end user get the results they are looking for as quickly as possible. The new site is an essential tool as far as PLT are concerned and one that will give our clients exactly what they are looking for.”
Personal Licence Training (UK) Ltd are set to launch the new mobile active website in the next few weeks after 3 to 4 months of development. The new website will detect what mobile device you are using and direct you to the most suitable website platform for viewing content and booking online.
Alcohol licensing law courses on the new platform will include the Award for personal licence holders (APLH) level 2 and the Scottish licensing qualification known as the Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (SCPLH) level 6. Individuals will also be able to book refresher training and staff awareness courses.
