SOFITEL Luxury Hotel Group train more Managers to NCPLH Level 2

The French owned luxury hotel group SOFITEL provide NCPLH training to senior Managers and Staff. The Hotel groups Food & Beverage Training Manager Samantha Scudamore secured a contract this month with Personal Licence Training Limited to deliver the National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders NCPLH Level 2 to all of their Food & Beverage Managers. The first NCPLH group training session was conducted at the SOFITEL, London Heathrow at the Hotels premier business centre on Monday the 10th January 2011. A spokes person for Personal licence training Ltd said” It’s good to see Hotel Groups taking responsable alcohol retailing seriously our company has provided NCPLH training to several Hotel Groups including; Jury’s Inn Glasgow, Jury’s Inn Edinburgh, IBIS Hotel Birmingham, IBIS Hotels central London and many more. SOFITEL’s commitment to responsable alcohol retailing and staff training will help ensure no unauthorised sales of alcohol will ocur at any of the Groups Hotels. we look forward to working closley with Samantha throughout 2011″.
