Can I sell alcohol on Ebay?

You can’t sell alcohol on Ebay…. their polices on the matter

Policy overview

eBay doesn’t allow the sale of alcoholic beverages, except for certain sales of some collectable containers. Members outside the UK aren’t permitted to sell alcohol to members residing in the UK.

Make sure your listing follows our guidelines. If it doesn’t, it may be removed, and your buying and selling privileges could be restricted.

Why does eBay have this policy?

We want to make sure buyers and sellers understand and follow all laws and regulations concerning the sale of alcohol. Certain alcoholic products are prohibited by law and could harm members, so these products may not be sold on eBay.

You may however sell alcohol online if you have licensed premises for storage, and an Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH) or Scottish Certificate  for Personal Licence Holders (SCPLH) if you want to sell in Scotland. You can’t even advertise on Ebay, so you will need your own website….
